Terms of service

These terms govern access to the Dixel Media website and use of its content, tools and demonstrations. Purchased services are also governed by the accepted proposal or contract.

Last updated:

1. Scope and acceptance

Read these terms before using the website. If you disagree, stop using its tools and content. You must have legal capacity to enter a contract and authority to represent any organization on whose behalf you act. Submitting a form or requesting information does not by itself establish a service contract.

2. Services and contracting

Dixel Media offers digital solutions, web development, automation, integrations, data analysis, artificial intelligence agents and training. Each accepted proposal or contract defines scope, deliverables, timelines, support and responsibilities. In case of conflict, the specific agreement prevails for the purchased service, subject to mandatory applicable law.

3. Prices, payments and cancellation

Prices, currency, taxes, payment schedules, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are those disclosed and accepted when contracting. Sending an inquiry does not incur charges. Changes to scope or price must be agreed by the parties. These terms do not limit mandatory withdrawal, refund or consumer protection rights.

4. Acceptable use and accounts

Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use the website lawfully. Accessing other users’ accounts, interfering with services, distributing malware, sending spam, collecting personal information without authorization or infringing third-party rights is prohibited. Report unauthorized account use to contact@dixelmedia.com.

5. Content and intellectual property

Website brands, designs, text and software are protected by their respective owners’ rights. You may view content to evaluate our services; other uses require permission or a legal exception. You retain rights to material you share and must have the permissions needed for its processing. Ownership and licensing of deliverables are defined in each contract.

6. Artificial intelligence and demonstrations

Demonstrations and AI responses may contain errors or incomplete information. Review outputs before use and apply human oversight to important decisions. They do not replace professional medical, legal or financial advice. Do not enter sensitive or confidential information into demonstrations without an appropriate agreement and channel. Displayed results and features do not guarantee a specific business outcome.

7. Third-party services and availability

Some features depend on external platforms and are subject to their terms and availability. We may perform maintenance, fix errors or update tools. Uninterrupted website availability is not guaranteed; availability and support commitments for purchased services are defined in their agreements.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy policy, accessible from this page and the website footer, describes personal information processing. Accepting these terms does not replace any specific data processing authorization required by law.

9. Liability and suspension

Each party is responsible for its obligations under applicable law and contracts. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be limited. We may restrict access to tools in cases of abuse, security risks or breach of these terms; effects on paid services are governed by their contracts and applicable law.

10. Changes and questions

Changes will be published with an update date and will not retroactively alter agreed terms for purchased services. Send questions or complaints to contact@dixelmedia.com. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by mandatory rules and, where one exists, the service contract.
